Due to the custom nature of our hand-blended artisanal paints and lime washes, all sales are final once tinting has occurred. We encourage customers to purchase sample pots to ensure color accuracy before committing to a full project order.
Review Order Details
Carefully inspect your order confirmation and color selections immediately after purchase, as custom-tinted products cannot be returned or exchanged once processed.
Inspect Upon Delivery
Upon arrival, check your shipment for any transit damage or discrepancies; any issues must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt.
Contact Support
If you receive a defective or incorrect non-tinted item, email our support team with your order number and photos to initiate an authorized return for store credit.
Ship Authorized Returns
For approved non-custom returns, securely repackage the items in their original containers and ship them back to our Los Angeles studio using a tracked carrier.
